Focus Sets

Focus sets are 60 minute sessions designed to reset and and gain clarity of focus for your week.  We start with a short mental training exercise. We then work in small groups of 2-3 people where you will have 8-10 minutes to talk uninterrupted about anything you choose. A basic structure might be, how your mental exercise habit is developing (or isn't), what your goals are for the coming week and any barriers or challenges you are facing. The rest of the group will be actively listening and then ask you open questions, leading you to state key actions that you will focus on attainting for the week. We then reconvene for any questions, reflections and a further couple of minutes mindful focus, to ensure we are in the here and now to get on with a focussed and productive week.

Who are Focus Sets for?

Anyone who wants to start the day/week with a focus exercise, openly talk about what their focus is for the week and establish at least one key goal they will be focussing on achieving. Ideal for people wanting to re-start their mental exercise or kickstart their focus development.  Focus Sets would suit you if you have a specific project you're working through or if you need some inspiration for where to go next. When & where are Focus Sets?

There are three Focus Sets each week.  It is recommended to join just one but you are welcome to attend more if you want to. All sessions are held on Zoom and last one hour.

Monday 8am – 9am

Tuesdays 10am – 11am 

Wednesdays 3pm – 4pm

Individuals sign up for five consecutive weekly sets as a full block for £70. You can attend any or all of the sessions in each week. Your first session is free  to attend as a taster.
